Dear Little League Families,
We’re thrilled to announce a Professional Fielding Clinic designed to elevate our players’ skills and passion for baseball. Valley De Oro Little League has collaborated with Mata Athletics to provide a unique opportunity for players to receive expert, position-specific coaching from Anthony Mata, a professional baseball player who began his journey right here at VDO.
This clinic goes beyond basic training. Players will learn:
- Advanced fielding techniques
- Proper positioning
- Game-situational awareness
- Professional-level defensive strategies
Opportunity is Limited
Each division is capped at 20 players. This is your chance to give your young athlete professional-level instruction from someone who has walked the path from Little League to professional baseball.

| T-Ball/Caps (Ages 5-7)9:00-10:15 AM |
| Minors (Ages 8-10)10:45-12:00 PM |
| Majors (Ages 11-12)12:30-1:45 PM |
| Intermediates (Ages 13-14)2:00-3:15 PM |
Player Preparation: Encourage your young athlete to arrive 30 minutes early, bring a water bottle, wear comfortable athletic clothing, and most importantly, come with a positive attitude ready to learn and grow.
